Your result
Your biggest lever.
Each lever is measured with four statements. The score shows how strongly these statements apply to you today: 0 = consistently not true, 100 = consistently fully true.
How it is scored
Response scale: five-point Likert scale, the standard format for attitude and organisational surveys. “Not true” = 1 to “Fully true” = 5.
Score per lever: mean of the four statements, converted to 0–100 using the POMP method (Percent of Maximum Possible; Cohen, Cohen, Aiken & West, 1999): (mean − 1) ÷ 4 × 100.
| 75–100 | Well developed. On average, the statements are at least “mostly true”. |
| 50–74 | Partly. On average between “partly” and “mostly true”. |
| 0–49 | Action needed. On average, the statements are mostly not true. |
Biggest lever: the area with the lowest score. The classification is based on what the answers mean, not on a comparison with other companies.
The Quick Check is a structured self-assessment for orientation, not a validated diagnostic instrument.
